Founding MCTD over 20 years ago as Michigan City Tool and Die, John has led the company into an evolution to be a full-service integrator and a complete design/engineering facility, manufacturing state-of-the art solutions for internationally known customers.

Randy directs the engineering and design teams for electronic machine controls, including documentation, fabrication, and coordination of system integration. With over 15 years of experience in electronic diagnostics, panel and operator interface design, logic control programming, and machine control fabrication, Randy is well versed in CAD schematics and documentation. As co-owner of MCTD, Randy also helps oversee daily company operations.
